Delivery


We ship from our warehouses located in the Sydney. Sydney standard deliveries arrive within 3-5 business days and deliveries to the rest of Australia within 5-9 days. 

Sydney express deliveries arrive within 1-2 business days and express deliveries to the rest of Australia within 2-3 days. 

Wherever possible, we use Sendle for our deliveries as they are a 100% carbon neutral carrier.

 

 

We require signature on delivery for all shipment options however you may give us "authority to leave" during the check-out process for items not containing alcohol.

If you do give us "authority to leave" please ensure there is a safe space where the courier may leave your package as it will be deemed "delivered" and you will be responsible for the package at this point. 

Please note, we cannot accept "authority to leave" for any alcoholic items at this time and any alcoholic items require a signature of adults of 18 or over.  

Returns

It is your responsibility to verify the delivery address you've provided us is the correct one and you make every reasonable effort to accept delivery. We will do our best to re-deliver your hamper but you may incur additional delivery fees under the following circumstances:

  • Delivery was attempted and a card was left or the recipient did not pick the package up from pickup location.
  • The address details are incorrect or insufficient.
  • The package could not be delivered due to accessibility or other issues with the premises and the courier could not contact the recipient.
  • The delivery was rejected.

    Incorrect or Damaged Items

    • If a delivery is made to you that is damaged or is the incorrect items, please contact us immediately at hello@pethamper.com.au and attach a picture of the item along with a brief description.
    • In the case of damaged items, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the products and provide photos of the damage so that we can best assess how to assist.
    • We will quickly issue a free return label to you and remedy the issue either by replacing the products or sending you the correct products.
    • Please note that at this time, we are unable to offer refunds but will  exchange any damaged items for the same item.

      Cancellation, Change of Mind or Exchange

      • Orders are dispatched the same day of payment, please contact us immediately at hello@pethamper.com.au if you wish to cancel.
      • Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been dispatched for delivery.
      • Please note that at this time, we are unable to offer refunds and all sales are final
